Bill Farmer is a seasoned law enforcement professional with 19 years of experience in school-based policing, criminal investigations, field operations, leadership, and specialized training. He has conducted comprehensive vulnerability assessments for schools and places of worship, helping institutions enhance their safety and emergency preparedness protocols.
Recognized nationally as a subject matter expert in active shooter response, Bill delivers training programs across the country. He currently serves as a Master Instructor and advisory board member for the State of Arizona’s active assailant response curriculum. A respected leader in scenario-based training for both law enforcement and civilian audiences, Bill has developed widely adopted response models now implemented nationwide.
